Buonissima. Birra elegante, sobria, e rinfrescante. Aroma con un accenno di malto e di fiori secchi. Al palato ingresso un pò luppolato evolve poi nel classico gusto dei luppoli tedeschi (quasi da Zatec). Buona persistenza finale. Come detto elegante e dissetante. Grandissima birra.

Draft at Edmunds Oast. Pours clear golden pour with a bubbly white head. Bready, biscuity malt profile on the nose with earthy, flower and grassy hop profile that screams Germany. Medium bodied that boast fresh noble hop characters throughout.Very refreshing and a fantastic Pils.
