pours cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. aroma of citrus and wheat. taste is smooth and creamy, banana, citrus, fruits. fragrant, well balanced and carbonated. not my favorite style, but its a great example.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Ins Glas gegossen, macht es eine prachtvolle Figur. Schöne gelb-orangene trübe Farbe, und eine wahre Prachtkrone!!! Es riecht herrlich hefig und bananig frisch. Der Antrunk ist ebenfalls spitzenklasse. Ausgeprägt hefig, fruchtig, orangig. Hier kommen alle Aromen eines guten Weizens zusammen und harmonieren einfach super miteinander. Zum Mittelteil und Finish hin bleibt das Weizen einfach super angenehm! Einziger Minuspunkt: Es könnte ein wenig mehr rezent sein. Ansonsten ein absolutes Spitzenweizen!!!

Perfect weisse color, with an even better foam.

This is properly one of the best beers I know. Together with some Weissbier from Brauerei Aying, this is one of the most spectacular beers. It has a taste a bit like ’iron’... kinda hard to explain, but the taste is anyhow really good.

Nice pillow of head, huge drywall and hay aroma, with some apple as well. Flavour is a mix of barnyard and citrus with wood notes, gueuze-like almost. Semi-dry finish. I think this is the best hefeweizen I’ve ever tried.

Fien creamy head, cloudy yellow. light fine banana and raspberry rubbery nose, elegant. Medium body and s0me soft length. Elegant almost creamy, banana, raspberries and only a light hint of yeast.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange with a thick white head. Aroma of banana/clove hef yeast, lemon, wheat bread and some hay. Flavor is very well balanced with smooth wheat malt, slightly tart yeast and light hop bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation and a clean, refreshing finish. This is an outstanding Hef, no, an outstanding beer period.
