COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

A: Poured with a nice large, white frothy head that hung around for quite awhile and left excellent lacing behind. Body was cloudy, almost murky, and a dark orange color. S: Great aroma of lemon, orange, light yeast, wheat, and pepper. Lots going on here. T: Nice flavor of wheat, citrus, and spices... the pepper in particular is quite prevalent (say that three times fast). Short duration, which is normal for a hefeweizen. M: Medium-bodied and quite creamy, with average carbonation. D: Hell yeah it’s drinkable. You could put these back all night and never get sick of them. An excellent hefeweizen, and a damned good session beer.

16.9oz bottle poured into weizen Aroma: Belgian yeast, coriander, spices, banana esters, lemon Appearance: very clear pour, pale golden yellow color with tons of bubbles rising, 3 finger mound of stark white head. Tightly packed bubbles. laces glass incredibly well. Taste: medium sweet, mild sour, mild bitter Palate: finish is mild bitter. very crisp and refreshing. Body is light and texture is creamy. Carbonation is lively. Overall: This is a solid beer. Lots of flavor even though its light. Would be extremely refreshing on a hot day. Price is right. Would buy this again.

Rating #45 for 2012 12oz bottle cold from a shaker glass. Aroma wet wheat and mild fruit sweetness. Foaming white head atop hazy honey brown liquid minimal lacing. Very mild taste of wheat some bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied beer with medium carbonation slightly dry finish. Will drink again and re-rate.

Cloudy golden color with massive head. The banana aroma dominates and maybe a little spice jmups out here and there. Taste is sweet, but well balanced. Resembles banana and creme, almost like the carbonated version of doughnut filling. This brew has a very creamy in mouthfeel and I recommend taking a gulp of that beautiful foam as long as it lasts. Overall, an extraordinarily refreshing brew. Although it is available year-round, I recommend saving it for an outdoor gathering on a warm to hot summer day. Drinks perfectly fine on its own.

Pour from a 16.9 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow brew with large white head. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Taste is a sour wheat, yeast, and light citrus and spice. Nicely flavorful and complex. Great on a hot day.

Pours a murky golden color on tap with small white head and good lacing. Smell is typical german yeast with slight citrus notes. Taste is typical hefe weiss, but smooth and well balanced. One of the best germans.

Not a bad beverage on a hot summers day. Poor was hazy yellow with a pesistant white head. Wheat and yeasty.
