A style of beer curiously born on the foggy shores of Father Junipero Serra’s first founding mission. Our own vigorous entry is one rebellious IPA, quick on the trigger, and brimming with a bounty of hop ingenuity. This is a big, bold, brazen beer, a restless vision of a new America.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2012 Man this thing great. Really handcrafted taste here. A soft mellow honey flavor to balance out the beautiful bouquet of hops. Wow wow wow. One of the best. Really it’s almost a barleywine. Barley wine sweetness. This is a badass beer man.

Bottle@Maja/Talo, Tampere, Finland. Medium/strong aroma with sweet fruits, caramel and a hint of sourness. Orange/yellow color with small white head and hazy liquid. Strong, full taste of sweet almost overage peach and sour notes giving some dryness to sweet overall taste. Some pine and alcohol. Medium taste spectrum and long, hoppy bit alcoholic fruity notes. Bit unbalanced. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall strong performance with bitter and somewhat tangled twist.

Sabe a detergente. Casi es un veneno. Demasiado alcohol. Dificil terminarsela. Tuve que hacer gran esfuerzo por no tirarla por el fregadero

Hazy copper with a thin sticky white head. Really interesting hoppy nose with tones of guava and potpourri and a strong caramelly backing. Smooth big hoppy flavor with only the requisite balancing bitterness. Loads of dry hops and tropical tones of guava and passion fruit are muddled with a bit of boozy pale malt tones and lots of caramel. Leafy to the finish with, again, just enough bitterness to remind you it’s a DIPA. Not piney, not resiny, not earthy. Just right
