2011 bottle. Deep raspberry nose, some unsweetened jam, green olives, leather. Very funky. Great level of sourness, a touch of yogurt, good fruit, leather, lemon. Unexpectedly deep orange-red and cloudy. Lovely balance, lots of barnyard feel, dusty. wildly complex and sourness is in check. Extremely savory, meaty, nor sweet or sour. Very drinkable. Great, and very interesting.

Thanks beerlover_ben for sharing this one. If you would like to smell & taste raspberries, strawberry, smoelentrekker, supercitricacidman - go ahead this is your beer. I prefer hearing Dead Man Ray - Chemical above drinking 3 Fontein Framboos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ud04YkX6A84 experiences. Yes, I do.

2011 Bottle generously shared by Al at awesome session. Paired with some trans-Himalayan. Pours light murky cranberry color. Aroma of raspberry, cranberry, wood dankness, and Flavor is so sour and puckery but never acidic, ultra tart raspberry, horse blanket, oak, jam and lemon rind. Medium to fuller body. Mouth watering and salivating with each sip. One of the best 3 Fonts I’ve tried. Ultra dry and insanely good lambic.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2011 vintage, 6% ABV. A pinkish reddish pale brownish beer with a small, white head. The aroma has lots of raspberry, some earthy notes, barnyard and leather and a lemony touch. It’s very dry on the palate, puckering, with a pleasant carbonation level.Medium to full body. Lemon juice, earthy notes and loads of raspberries in the flavor, with a lasting finish. Loads of raspberries in this one, in a matured way. Wonderfully palate cleansing. Was actually expecting more complexity, but it’s sure nice, and the raspberry and cellar and funk are lovely. Would definitely like to repeat this in the future. 141024
