Pours a a light black with a super creamy light tan head that can be eaten. Aroma is roasted malts, some dark fruitiness a little bit of a malted milk balls, a little bit of sharp tanginess. Flavor starts very mellow, basic smooth creamy roasted malts. Coffee and dark fruits continue to the finish. Stays mildly sweet with just a touch of bitterness and sharp roastiness that lingers. Light to medium body and a soft carbonation. Really easy drinking, smooth and refreshing. It’s no wonder it’s a giant. Just wish I could have one in Ireland!

Good old Guinness, always my go-to beer when out at the bar and I can’t make up my mind. Fine nitrogen carbonation yields a thick, creamy head that laces the glass all the way down as you drink. Great roasted malt flavors.

Rich dark color; Heavy body; Aroma of roasted malt; Flavor of roasted malt with a hint of caramel and chocolate; The draught I drank was pretty watered down - this is not how I remember it from my local bar (which is delicious); Because I’m rating the store bought draught, I can’t rate it better than the bottle.

This beer is just beautiful. Got one in the bottle with the widget. I love that you can’t over pour it... you can just dump it in the glass and it produces the same perfect head. Pure black with a light tan head. Somewhat watery but nice, malty body with coffee flavors. Classic

Beautiful black stout with creamy white head. Aroma and taste is pretty weak, a bit of coffee aroma. Pretty thin body with lots of carbonation. Feels watered down with not enough bitterness for a stout. I seen Bottles rated lower then draught. Ill try draught next.

This is a beer I have warmed to over time. Pours black with a creamy head, the flavour is different depending on the source (draught, widget can, bottle) and the pour, but has a distinct smokey and coffee like taste, not a particularly strong aroma. A good stout in my opinion.

Guinness is one of the world’s most beautiful beers. The so dark that it’s almost black liquid, with it’s dark ruby highlights. The reverse cascade of the bubbles. The three finger creamy tan head. All of those features are reproduced in this nitro can, thanks to the widget, I suppose. Looks like it’s just drawn, off of a tap. Smells dark and malty. Slight coffee notes mix with chocolate, to a lesser extent. Not alot going on in the nose, actually. Can you say disappointment? Wow! This tastes just like Guinness, only weaker! This tastes like a mix of 2 parts Guinness and 1 part water. you can tell that beer elements are in there, but they are so watered down that it’s hard to find them. Guinness is supposed to be a big, thick, creamy brew. This (can) is a pale imitation of those qualities. This might have use as a stepping stone for getting someone to come over from BMC products into craft beers. Other than that, I think it’s a waste, personally.

Bottle. Black w/ frothy head. Coffee-malt aroma. I’ve always liked it. Very unique texture and mouthfeel. Smooth and creamy. Easy drinking and mixes so well with other beers. Coffee and roasted malts are the main flavors. World class.
