Thanks to eaglefan538 for sharing this with me. Straw colored pour with frothy head and a fruity aroma. Just mouth-puckering tart, lightly fruity with pear and apple flavors. Just so funky. The cork had some kind of primordial sludge on it that made me slightly fearful, but this was delightful. I need more Cantillon.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, not too much head. Aroma is citrus, dry wood, tart berries and some farmyardy notes. Flavour is famryard, sour/tart wood and some berries along with some yeast and mild parfumed soap (though not all too sweet such).

Amber hazy with minimal white head. Sour fruity aroma. Rich sour taste with strong notes of blackcurrant leaves, carbonated.

On tap during Brussels vacation, vintage 2014, smoking fresh. Aroma and taste is lovely with loads of elder flower, nice bretty notes and tart/acidic notes that balances up the flowers. Loses the fresh flowery notes fairly quickly, drink fresh!

2014 bottle shared at home, bought from the brewery in December 2014. Pale pour, pillowy white head. Bright floral elderflower aroma, slightly lemony and earthy. Tart, heavy grapefruit juice sourness, spritzy elderflower flavour.

Bottle split three ways, bottle from 2014. Light hazy golden pour with tiny lacings on top. Loads of elderflower and lemon juice on the nose. Taste has loads of juiciness from the elderflowers, some light bitterness, light smooth tartness. So incredibly good!

75 cl bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Bottled June 15, 2010. Big thanks to Travlr for trading this to me! First beer of 2015. Clear golden orange on the initial pour with off-white head. Hazier on subsequent pours. Aromas of flowery and floral notes, light funk, herbal notes. Tastes of flowers, floral notes, funk, hay, tart citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Les arômes sont bien acidulés. On perçoit de l’orange et des épices. En bouche, les lambics sortent immédiatement suivis des saveurs tropicales de citron et orange. L’amertume est acide et amère.

750 ml bottle. Bottled on 15/June/2010. From a trade with Erzengel. Thank you so much Gabriel!
Cloudy orange golden colour with a big fluffy off-white head. Very strong aroma of flowers, pickles, almost chili kind of spiciness, woody dryness and some funkiness. The flavour is sourness, musty and woody notes, tartness and elderflower. Nice and not typical lambic.
