4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 Hammy78 (614) - Dundas, Ontario, - JUN 6, 2012Bottle purchased at the source. I’ve tried this a fare amount of times now. Picked up a case to take home from Dark Lord Day. Pours a hazy orange/ copper colour, with a fluffy white head. Lacing is spiderweb like. Aroma is absolutely amazing, mango, piles of citrus hops. Tastes is a complete balance between bitter and sweet. Obviously hops. True perfection in beer form. The best.
4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 tdmuel (84) - South Carolina, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Pour is a gorgeous clear golden orange, with a fluffy white head that leaves a ton of lacing. Lots of bright fruity notes on the nose, very citrusy, some white grape, nice hoppy smell and there’s a hint of a grassy floral character there. Wow, amazing taste. More floral hops than I would have expected, but still its very much a citrus dominated taste with lots of orange and mango, slightly sweet with a dry finish, maybe some pineapple on the finish too. Easily the best and most well balanced pale ale I’ve had.
4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20 GODFROMANAL (14) - Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2013
To be honest I can’t remember the last time I drank Zombie Dust from a glass…but IIRC it’s pretty attractive…FFF does an inexcusably poor job labeling their bottles though. Fail. Aroma is OJ, tea, Cheerios®, medical-marijuana, bottle…taste follows with pronounced tea, truly nonexistent bitterness - yet magically drying (FFF knows how to handle Citra for sure)…crushable, crushable, crushable…wish the ABV was lower…blah blah blah…if it is it, it is it, if it is, it is it, it is!

A gift from my friend Mike. Classic glowing orange color. Really nice toasty hop aroma. Call me crazy but it reminds me of a toasted English muffin with butter and honey. With a hop salad on top. A little thin in the middle but it adds to it’s drink ability. Awesome beer.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 podey (489) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Draft at Hopleaf. Pours clear light amber with a foamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma is huge amounts of graprefruit; just incredible. Aroma also has notes of other fruits (citrus and tropical) and a touch of pine. Taste has a lovely balanced bitterness, with notes of grapefruit pith and rind, tropical fruits, hops and some light sweetness. Finish is clean and bright with a nice bitter bite. Really great stuff.

Beautiful pour the aroma hits you immediately full of piney hops. Chewy nice on the front not the best on the finish. Still another good choice from 3F. A little cellar time is probably a good call..Recommended !

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20 gonzosauce (133) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAY 14, 2013
An ultra tropical aroma with fresh yellow grapefruit dominating the nostrils. Very yellow with a golden head. The flavor is more astrigent than expected, with plenty of CO2, but as crisply hoppy as a balanced beer can get. Easy drinking with very present hops. An easy win, but I did find it to ’pale’ in comparison to gumballhead... and to anyone who says they favor this over two hearted, just don’t whack anybody while you’re waving your three handed flag. This beer really, really rocks... but I do think it’s pretty hyped. I’ll blind taste it when I get the chance and check back in.
