Orangey amber colour with a slight haze. Thick head. Aroma is sweaty lychees, cat’s pee, peaches and ripe fruit. Flavour is ripe, sweet fruit, peaches, fresh wood, nuts and some toffee. Massive and long bitterness. Flavourful yet balanced. Really, really good!

33cl Bottle via trade with SaintMatty, on the train to Roadburn. Thanks Matt! Slightly hazy orange colour, white head. Aroma is very sweet, oranges, apricot, peach, citrus hops. Flavour is sweet, malty, oranges, apricots, tropical fruits, citrus bitter finish. Fullbodied. Really good and different DIPA.

Big thanks to tkrjukoff for this one as a bonus. Cheers, Timo! Pours a hazy, opaque orange with a white head. Nose is orange flesh, honey, apricot, and plenty of caramel. Flavor is similar- citrus all over- apricot, honey, grapefruit, orange, and some slight alcohol. Very enjoyable DIPA, full-bodied overall with lingering grapefruit into the finish.

[Thanks to omhper]. 33cl bottle Orangish colour with a frothy, nice, creamy, good lacing and perfect lasting head. Aroma is strong floral hops with orange hints. Flavour has orange peel notes with a strong bittery taste from the beginning to the end with a appropiate duration. The aftertaste is dominated by a strong bitterness. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

Bottle 33cl. When I first tried this one (Batch nr1) I thought to myself - "I’ve got to buy more bottles of this one!". This is propably the best beer I drank all year 2011! Filled with Hops, Citrus and pleny of Passion(fruit). This is truly an Once in a lifetime experience.
Rumours claims that Oppigårds ar planning a DIPA of their own for 2012, in the same spirit as Drakens.

Last bottle from batch I got hold on this fall. Hazy orange. Fruity, lots of hops, full body. A great beer, I hope it will come back.

Bottle! Thanx Dunbar! Clear red colur, with a nice creamy head. Aroma is dominated of a BOMB! of fruits, flowers and citrus, and some sugar and honey. Flavor had a nice mouth feeling of fruits, flowers and citrus, mixed with honey,sugar and maltynes, nice long fruity fninsh. Weel done!!!!

Unclear orange of color with an orange head. An aroma of grapefruit, hops, citrus and sweets. A flavor with hops, grapefruit, bitter, weak sweets and a dry bitter finish. A very nice beer.

Dried apricots, citrus notes and amarillo hops to the nose. Taste is citrusy, apricots and some pine. Medium body. Fantastic DIPA. Love it.

(33cl bottle) Courtesy of Blomster. Quick dissipating head atop a clouded orange body. Nose is very floral and sharp with Amarillo hops. Good malt base and hoppy elixir flavor. Oily. Somewhat red licorice and green leaf. Enjoyable.
