Very very clear. I appreciate a good cream ale, but rarely find creamy ones. This was an example of a non creamy one.

Tasted at the St. Louis Centennial Beer Festival from small bottle into sampler glass. Poured a clear, light golden color with weak foam and a little lace. True-to-style cream ale aromas and flavors: mild malt, faint corn, mildly fruity ale yeast esters, but overall nearly neutral. Good ol’ lawnmower beer. Crisp, clean finish, especially for an ale. Very good for what it is, I think this beer deserves higher ratings.

Straight from the nip bottle purchased from the singles barrel at Earthfare. Pretty much tastes like every pale lager on earth. Don’t really pick up any "creamy" notes. Not offensive just nothing special. Another cream ale tick I suppose. (Myla thought it was tasty!)

Can brought to a tasting by BenC and left with me...thanks Ben! - First of all, this comes in a slender 12 oz can that looks way less than 12 oz should fit in there. Looks like an energy drink from the outside. Looks pretty standard in the glass--clear amber with a filmy white head. Astringent honey sweetness on the nose, with grainy malt and a sharp booziness. Taste is more of the same--lots of overly sweet graininess and a sharp, astringent finish. There might be a hop in there--it’s hard to taste it through the rubbing alcohol. I like the earlier reviewer who like this beer despite what beer snobs have to say about it. Whatever dude...this stuff tastes like balls. If this "goes down easy", I’d hate to taste the beer that doesn’t.

7oz bottle - pours like watered down whiskey with light white head. Aroma is cardboard and caramel malts. I’m just going to stop right here; this is horrible. It’s like what I imagine champagne would taste like after sitting out for three days. Avoid.

Aroma almost smells like dirt, not even earth really. The flavor is mildly sweet and beery, otherwise there’s not much to it. Not bad, not really that great but passable.

I don’t care what the beer snobs say. I like what I like, and this is one of ’em. Don’t expect too much, and you won’t get disappointed. It is what it is, and that the way you should appreciate it. It’s a cream ale, so it’s gonna be sweeter than what you might like, but they go down so easy and fast. Who cares?

7oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a clear light gold with minimal head. Aroma of light hops and malt, and a bit of skunk. Taste is lightly sweet. Mostly tastes like cereal. Light bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, it’s not that awful. Cheap beer can be a lot worse than this.
