Appearance is a nice clear amber with a little haze and not much head. Nose is super floral and citrus--yum. Mouthfeel is thin to medium. Taste is a delightful hoppy bitter at first then a solid malt after taste as well. This has quickly become my current session ale of choice--it’s just delightful!

Bottle 355ml (06.02.2017). Hazy dark-golden colour with big, frothy head and good lacing. There are notes of hops, citrus, resin, candies in aroma with small accent of spicy note. Aroma is quite fresh and medium intensive. Medium bitterness with resin character, short in time, light body. Beer is refreshing, drinkable with good power of hops, very useful in case of thirst during hot day.

Great aroma, with a refreshing taste. A smidge less carbonation would be my only suggestion. heavy cloying sweetness,

Amargor medio bajo no astringente.

Bottle from Best of Beers - Vinspecialisten Aalborg. Aroma is fruity hops, peach, biscuit malt, citrus, orange, notes of grapefruit, touch of pine. Flavour is lightly sweetish and moderate to medium bitter. Body is almost medium. Easy and mild but enjoyable session IPA.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass. The color is a hazy golden orange. Perched on top is a creamy and lasting white head. The aroma is light biscuity malt with a citrus subtlety. The flavor is slightly grass with trace amounts of citrus. Very easy going brew.

Maker: Founders Brewing Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA *** Beer: All Day IPA (bottled, 355ml) *** Style: American IPA *** ALC.VOL.: 4.7% *** "The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatic and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures." [brewery notes] *** Colour: Bright orange, mildly hazy, big and creamy white head. *** Nose: Pinewood, grapefruit, tropical fruit, mild herbs. *** Texture: Medium body, not too fizzy, slightly watery. *** Taste: Pinewood and citrus notes dominate rather dry start. Floral elements, too. Towards the middle the pinewood grows ever stronger, with some mild resin. Muted fruitiness. Floral and bitter pine in the finish, with a long, dry, bitter and resinous aftertaste. *** Impressions: Not bad for an "all day" IPA (How I wish ...!), even though it lacks the malty backbone and fuller body that distinguish the heavier APAs. As such, it’s a first-rate thirst quencher, more than adequately bitter and hoppy, with almost all of the elements we’ve come to expect from today’s APAs.
