COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You’ve got to love coffee to truly appreciate this phenomenal brew. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. We’re actually not sure if this is some type of coffee cake or a beer. Either way you can drink this ale with a fork. Breakfast Stout has an intense fresh roasted coffee nose toped with a cinnamon colored frothy head that seems to never fade and makes you wish breakfast could last forever.

Draft. Pours black, full tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasty, very appealing. Sweet taste. Full body, creamy, but very drinkable. Better as it warms. Balanced malt flavors in the finish, alcohol well-masked. Overall an excellent brew.

This was the first Founder’s beer I ever had, close to 10yrs ago. A desert beer that isn’t so sweet that you only want one. Great roasty malt with just the right amount of chocolate and coffee. In fact it’s a good light dinner beer as much as it is a desert beer. I can’t remember if I’ve had one for Breakfast. Probably.

Sure, I’d drink this for breakfast. I’ve definitely had it before noon on occasion. Don’t judge me.

Coffee flavor is to over powering for me. Still awesome I just wish it was just a hint of coffee.

This beer is beyond description! It is really close to perfection. The liquid is pitch black with a tiny brown lacy head. Taste is stunning with coffee, a little bit of sweet but just the perfect pinch of sugar you would put in your morning coffee. This one is absolutely on my personnal imperial stouts top 3 list this year! Stunning beer!

Dark black pour under a thin dark tan head, sticky and sweet, good coffee taste gives it that bitter

10 Oz tap. Black with a brown head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate, with some fall fruit. Flavor is mild sweet at first worth less of coffee, baldness nicely with roasted malt and some alcohol. Full body with a creamy mouthfeel and active carbonation. Overall, not to complex, but really delicious.

What can you say about Founder’s Breakfast Stout that hasn’t already been said? Aroma is pure coffee and sweet malt. Pours black with very thin almond head. Taste is well balanced and delicious. Great beer!

ASPETTO: marrone scurissimo, impenetrabile.
