A me è piaciuta da impazzire!!!

Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with huge white head. Bottle actually foamed over after opening. It took a good ten minutes to pour due to lots of foaming (actually drank another beer while waiting for head to settle). Aromas of brett and dough. Brett flavor dominated with some fruitiness and doughiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Nice beer.

Bottle is a gusher, foams out after opening. Pours a jazzy golden orange with lots of off-white fluffy head that takes forever to dissipate and leaves great lacing. Aroma of funky Belgian yeast, hints of tart citrus, spice, and grassy floral notes. Taste is funky yeast, tart bitter citrus, and floral notes. Pretty damn good.

Bottle from Proof. Crack of the cap it starts foaming out. Hazy golden pour with a large rocky white head with thick sheets of lacing. Aroma of hay, herbal and floral notes, bloomy cheese, lemons hints of sweetness. Lots of effervescence, prickly spices, hay, lemons with some underlying honey sweetness at the end. Loaded with carbonation with a dry, spicy end. Pretty solid.

Pours a pale gold color. Cloudy. Very large white head. Hard to pour because of it. Big clumps of bubbles stick all over the glass. Aroma is lemons, funk, herbal hops and fresh pale malt. The brett is quite good. It’s a medium strong, relatively clean funk that plays nicely with the malt and other flavors well. There’s also a bit of an earthy Belgian yeast note in there. The taste doesn’t quite come together as well. It starts mildly sweet before dying out and adding a tangy lemon flavor and a good bit of hop bitterness in the finish. Some spice. A good deal of sweet pale malt flavor. Mouthfeel is full and creamy for a saison. Very soft. Good beer but not my favorite beer from Evil Twin, though those imperial stouts make for a pretty high bar.
