Taster at the brewery. Pours a dense black color with a small tan head that slowly recedes to a ring. The aroma is all coffee--dark and rich. The taste is a coffee explosion. I get multi-layered well roasted coffee, dark bitter baking chocolate and some bitter walnuts. No real sweetness. The palate is full, smooth, creamy and a bit oily with soft carbonation. Finishes incredibly long and dry. Overall: My favorite coffee stout to date, yummy stuff.

750ml bottle, generously shared by WillRunForBeer. Poured black with a thin mocha head. Chocolate and coffee aroma. We compared this side by side with regular Speedway, and this one was definitely on the sweeter side. Not as harsh and boozy. Full bodied and smooth.
