clear amber, rocky off-white head with long retention and some lacing. resin, floral, caramelized sugar, molasses, bit of lemon. medium bitter, medium sweet, but the rapadura sugar peeks through sometimes giving it a real kick of sweetness. medium-full body, sticky.

600ml bottle. Pours a clear golden amber color with a nice creamy white head. Aroma of caramel malt, pine and citrus hops, and some spice. Taste is citrus and tropical fruits, some pine, caramel malts, and slightly boozy.

Cor laranja, espuma branca com boa persistência. No aroma, muito lúpulo, cítrico, grapefruit, casca de laranja, um pouco herbal, médio dulçor. No sabor, inicio doce, ficando amargo sem exagero, com final seco persistente. Muito boa cerveja.

Shared bottle pours a golden orange with white head that dissipates quickly. The initial aroma was bright citrus. A grapefruit to pineapple scent. On the backend of the aroma I get some pine. The flavor is very citrus hop forward. I do get a alcohol burn on the end of this. Don’t understand the big difference in style rating vs overall but this is a pretty good dipa.

Pours light amber with large white head. Very hoppy aroma with lots of hoppy flavor with sweet finish. Very good beer!

Crystal clear copper pour. Thick white head with lots of lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and dank. Mild amount of malt sweetness. Flavor is pretty west coast style hop profile with a bit more sweetness. Not bad overall but lacks some refinement.

on draft @ nobi .. . pours out copper .. . huge head, lacing is good too .. . sugar, bamboo, and twisted sap .. . a different iipa, a good deal of sweetness .. . alright .. . . balcony cat has itchy ears

Dark yellow with. Lacing white foam head. Aroma is sugary, still some bitterness present. Taste is yet quite bitter. Aftertaste is long lasting and again nice bitter. (Houston 201303)

Pour’s crystal clear see through golden orange with the aroma of sweet piney bubble gum and cotton candy.Taste is a nice sweet with a great blend of bitter and citrus that leaves the palate wishing for more. Overall this is a great double ipa, that has a wonderful balance between sweetness and hops that hides the 9.5% abv very well.
