COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Heady like the sweet breath of Zephyrus, our India pale ale is redolent of citrus, apples, and pears, balanced by a touch of caramel. We use malted barley grown by local farmers and add a special blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops to create this juicy, hoppy ale.

From the bomber, it pours a beautiful golden copper and yields the same color body. A great two inch foamy white head appears and lasts for at least a good two minutes. There is some spider web lacing speckling the sides of the glass. The smell has a good complexity of hops and malts, some sweet, some bitter, and some spicy. The taste has a peppery yet piney sort of flavor that to me that I really like. The palate is superb as it is not watery nor is it sharp, a perfect feel on the tongue. Overall, I was not expecting this IPA to be this good, but this is really awesome.

Draft: pour is amber with a thin white head, hoppy aroma, taste is hoppy, grainy with a dry finish and very light fruity notes.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a hazy dark gold with some lacing, white head. Nose has white grape, some grapefruit, some out of place brown sugar. Flavor has more of that weird sugar, sort of turbinado sugar, orange peel, honey, pine, soap. Sticky finish.

From a bottle at home. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Grassy nose. Flavors of grass and pine with some citrus. Bitter finish.

APPEARANCE- Beauty orange dark amber color with a slight turbidity. White head with great lacing. NOSE- tropical fruit deliciousness from the hop. FLAVOR- tastes just like it smells. Nice tropical fruits, light resinous hop (just enough to balance it).

Very crisp, not too dry, and a nice balanced flavor. This is a very refreshing IPA.

Pour a clear golden with a small white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of bright fruits, citrus and just nice overall. Taste is not too sweet and moderately bittter, offers nice fruits again and pine. Body is medium and carbonation moderately high. A more than fair IPA!

A nice, moderately hoppy IPA from one of Maine’s lesser-known breweries. There’s a good amount of hop aroma, with some crisp, fruity hop flavor floating around, a light malt base, and a moderate amount of bitterness. Definitely worth drinking while driving around the Maine coast.

Last of my Maine package, thanks again cuz. Orangey beer one finger head. Nose is pine and tropical fruits. Tastes of thick pine, mango, pineapple, resin, caramel, slight herbs. Chewy and bitter. Decent stuff

Orange with white head. Draft pour as part of a flight at Rising Tide Brewery. Pine, lemon, candy and vanilla notes to this one. Sweet and delicious.
