Bomber. Pours a cloudy yellow color with no head. A sweet grainy apple nose. The flavor is quite pleasant with apples, sweet sugars, some pils malt, more super sweet apples. This is a very solid cider. The overall brew is super drinkable and quite tasty.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of crisp and sweet apples, with a little funk. Taste is medium-heavy sweet and light tart . Follows aroma, with lots of bready yeast in the finish. Loads of fresh apples in here. Medium bodied with a somewhat sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Pretty darn good, not an everyday cider but something I would enjoy again.

Bottle. Pale yellow pour, like lemonade. Aroma is very light, all apple, and very subtle. Carbonation is very light. Flavor is light, semi-sweet, fairly basic cider flavor, a little tartness to make it more interesting. Overall, not much of a departure, and Iím not really sure the pilsner yeast brings a whole lot to this one. Easy to drink, has a refreshing quality. Nice, just not particularly interesting.

650ml bottle. Pours a hazy pear color with no head. Taste is of apple, wood, citrus and some honey. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a clean, slight dry finish. Good, but not as great as what I had hoped.

Bottle split with my wife. Poursa hazy gold with no real head. Soft wood on the nose, a bit of yeast. Medium-bodied, soft apple, sweetness. A touch of tartness into the finish with some more yeast. Simple but tasty.

Bottle from the Co-Op in Eureka, CA. Pours hazy perry color. Aroma is something brightly fruit sweet. Certainly not skin. It does suggest pear a bit. Med body. Itís quite fresh tasting, just lightly sweet, and a little apple skin does come out. Still, itís not your standard cider. Itís quite tasty. Gets just a little towards astringent apple in the finish. Lovely stuff.

Bottle - Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Nose is pear, yogurt, vanilla, a little bread dough, and light sweetness. Taste is real yogurty, sweet pear and apple, and a nice yeastiness. Medium-bodied and slick. Good stuff.
