4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
On tap at Firkin Fest 2009 ~ Golden hazy in color with a little white head. The nose has fruit & oak notes. Comes across the palate as apple, and pear notes; very malty. Sweet tasting. Medium bodied. Tart finish. Very drinkable. Very enjoyable. I could sip this for day.

Tap at Toronado Seattle.
Browish pour, little head. Classic NB sour aromas, not a huge amount of complexity. Deeply tart, not totally dry but not sweet. Exactly what you’d expect the base beer for these others to taste like, but it works a bit better than you might have expected. My favorite NB sour save for Eric’s ale.

On draft at pine box for 4th anniversary. Really fresh it seems on draft. Orange peel, lemon and lots of funk. Really makes you pucker but in a good way. Really fantastic.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at rare barrel. Looking time want ticked! Pours hazy golden orange, medium bubbly white head, decent lacing. Aroma is oak, lemon, stone fruit, pear, white peach. Flavor is medium tart, hint of funk, oak tannins and some pit fruit and lemon. Not acetic, which is nice, not not really popping either. I think the sour world has kinda left this one behind.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On Tap hazy deep orange with a brief off white head. Some confusion in the name as teh commercial description suggests but this is neither Cherries or Peaches. Very tart. Nearly authentic Lambic level of tartnes/acidity. Nice rounded fruity flavors also though and squeaky finish. A bit lighter and a bit more sour than La Folie, even the original caged corked 750s of yore. Very tasty.
