Great Divide’s Yeti Imperial Stout is an onslaught of the senses. An almost viscous, inky-black brew, Yeti opens with a massive, roasty, chocolate, coffee malt flavor that eventually gives way to rich toffee and burnt caramel notes. Packed with an enormous quantity of American hops, Yeti’s hop profile reveals a slightly citrusy, piney, and wonderfully dry hoppy finish. 75 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

Pours like motor oil with a two finger foamy kakhi head which lingers for a while. Aroma is amazing and is of deep roasted malts, espresso, bakers chocolate, burnt toffee and caramel, and some cherries. Taste is malty at first with tons of roasted malts, bakers coco, bitter espresso, molasses, burnt caramel, and then the hops hit with bitter citrus and pine on the back end. Has a full body with a super creamy, oily mouthfeel, a dry, roasty, and bitter, hoppy finish. overall, a excellent imperial stout that definitely underrated.

Aroma of roasted and sweetness. Dark color with a beige minimal head. The taste is perfectly balanced. Lots of bitterness and sweetness. The body is full with a creamy texture. Overall a great beer.

Yeti is a killer beer. It's big in every category. Looks great in the glass. I'm not going to say anything that everyone doesn't already know. Just try it.

Very dark coffee look. Coffee flavor was there but tasted a little off. It was good, but definitely on my top list of stouts.

BOTTLE 12 OZ from Cuningham. Intense, yet balanced. Rich black malt character, black chocolate, quite sweet - hint of dark honey, not acrid roasted flavours. Unlike many other impies, it has a distinct citrus hop accent. Excellent.

Svart med et nydelig høyt mørkebrunt skum. Noe anonym duft med kaffe og sjokolade. Dette følger i smaken sammen med en del lakris. En del bitterhet i ettersmaken. Virker noe ubalansert.

Bottle from Total Wine. About a year old. Poured at home into a snifter. Very dark color with a light mocha head. Slight lacing. Nose is roasted malts, cocoa nibs, Nestle Quick, vanilla, caramel, and sweet milk. The flavor is so good with chocolate cocoa, creamy sweet milk, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of spice. Medium to full body, somewhat of a hoppy finish for this style but it works. Moderate carbonation. Awesome.

Very dark appearance, almost black. Aroma of chocolate, caramel and malts. Flavors begins with sweet chocolate and caramel and finishes with a tasty hop finish. This beer has a great flavor profile.

Pours pitch black with rich beige head. A very rich aroma that begins with hops and then goes into toffee, coffee and finally chocolate liquor. There’s a lot of fun in this stout, even if it’s hard to chug the bottle in one go.
