Bottle from Oliver T’s...Pours a purple color with pinkish ring, looks a lot like grape soda in the glass. Aroma is pure raspberry jam. Flavor is a burst of tart raspberries, incredibly tasty. Nothing else really noticeable other than the raspberries, which is a bit dissappointing, but again this tastes great.

Sweet and very tart just like raspberries. Deep ruby/violet color. Thick and syrupy. Very pleasant mouth feel.

The lambic process produces an extremely sweet fruity brew as expected with a good body.

Very dark red color with light red head.
It has sweet smell of raspberry. Raspberry flavour with some sour. It’s very drinkable. Just too bad that it has slightly less aclohol than it should have.

12oz bottle poured into Lindemans flute.
Aroma: raspberries, champagne, licorice, earthy
Appearance: very dark reddish purple pour with 3 fingers of frothy pink head that lingered. Slightly hazy.
Taste: extremely sweet, medium sour. Almost sickeningly sweet.
Palate: finish is medium sweet, medium sour. It is a bit tart. Raspberries and cherries on the finish. Carbonation is average to soft. Medium body and thin/slick texture.
Overall: much sweeter than I expected. Very good but not sure if its my style. Hard to drink just because of the sweetness. After half of a bottle I feel like I cant keep drinking it from the lingering sweetness. Also low alcohol so wont feel this. Refreshing drink after a hot day outside.

Surprised I hadn’t rated this - have tried many times. On tap at Proof. Dark red pour w/ big pink head. Aroma is raspberry. Tastes are sweet, sweet and then tart - berries. Light dry fin with a light sour vibe. One dimensional but tasty.

Pours a dark ruby red. Nose is tart raspberry. Taste is raspberry and very sweet. Finish is also sweet and lasting. Good with a nice piece of chocolate after a nice dinner. However a bit too sweet for my palate. Quaff Score 4 / 10

Pours a dark red with a pink head and heavy sweet aroma of raspberries. Taste is very sweet and strong, dominated by raspberries, with a sweet, fruity, tart finish. A little too sweet of a brew, not for me.

On tap. Berries andsweet aromas. Pours purple reddish, with light purple head, quickly vanishing, some lacing. Light body and lively carbonation. Taste is sweet, berries, framboise, nohints of alcohol. Aftertaste is short and sweet.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy red with small pink head leavig sticky lacing. The aroma is rasberry and tart. Thin mouthfeel with a strong rasberry and tart finish. Easy to drink a good Lambic from Lindemans.

Pours dark red with a light mauve head.
Nose shows raspberries and little else. Pretty one-dimensional but nice. Pretty much like sticking your nose in a jar of raspberry jam.
Flavours are better, showing some funky notes and a refreshing acidic bite in the finish. Still dominated by raspberry. A bit too sweet for me.
Nice high carbonation.
