4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Excellent beer, dark golden, great head retention, lacing. Fruity aroma. Complex flavor, malty, fruity, acidic, spicy, perfect bitter-acidic-alcohol aftertaste. As like Faro, one of the best beers I have taste, and I’d I have the chance, I’ll buy more and more.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
First time having this in years. 2012 bottle. Golden pour. Nose is musty, leather, funk, lemon rind. Taste is sharp lemon, musty basement, tart lemony finish. Dry and lingering tartness on the palate. Just as good as the higher rated standard gueuzes. Liked this better than the 2012 3F and Cantillon gueuzes I’ve had recently.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle to flute
Pepper, lemon, syrup, wheat, lemongrass, and barnyard funk. A hazy light amber with a 1 cm frothy head. There’s quite a bit of effervescence which leads to a fairly long retention. Taste is tart and lemony, with a nice funky followup.

Pours a light golden colour with a white head. Very funky aroma, you can almost taste the tartness which is lovely in the actual taste, dry.
