Excellent beer, dark golden, great head retention, lacing. Fruity aroma. Complex flavor, malty, fruity, acidic, spicy, perfect bitter-acidic-alcohol aftertaste. As like Faro, one of the best beers I have taste, and I’d I have the chance, I’ll buy more and more.

Bottle. Hazy amber pour with tan head. Aroma starts with lots of citrus and grapes. Taste has a punch of sourness and fresh citrus. Light body. Medium carbonation

Wysokie wysycenie.

Pours a clear golden honey, with a bubbly head. Aroma has notes of Apple, strawberry, fresh cut grass, lemon. Taste notes include crab apple, grapefruit, lemon zest, and very champagne like in the dry finish. Excellent!!

Smells tart but not overpowering with lemon lime and a touch of Orange. Slightly cloudy golden color with no head or lacing. Super sour taste hits the tougue with super dry finish. Not bad but to mellow for my liking but very crushable brew. Light body with thick fizzy carbonation.

Pours clear amber with a huge offwhite head, lovely lacing. Aroma of spice, zest, meadows of flowers and wild strawberries, grapefruit, lemon, brett funk and lactic bacteria. Tastes too acidic compared to other gueuezes, but I like the grapefruitty bitterness and hints of saltiness. High carbonation, mouth puckering acidity, somewhat milky texture, some stickiness on finish. Nice character but too acidic.

Pours slightly hazy apricot with a nice pale buff head. Aroma offers a strong note of sour pomme fruit. Flavor is mainly mouth-twisting tart fruit plus a whisper of malt. Body is a bit thin, fizz is lacking.

Bottle from The Hopwater Cellar, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. 5.5% ABV. Pours a clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grape, farmyard, some apple, slight wood and subtle acidic lemon. Taste of grape, cider apple, some wood, slight farmyard, moderate sourness and subtle lemon. Light bodied and high carbonation. A dry, woody, acidic finish. Moderately sour and acidic with a decent brett funk but surprisingly clean. Like a champagne/cider hybrid at times. Decent.

Bouteille 37,5 cl - couleur blonde trouble avec des fines bulles, odeur de pommes, goût: pomme comme du cidre, vraiment acidulé mais équilibré, une bonne geuze
