A - Pours a cloudy copper-orange with a half-finger of frothy off white head atop. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some light lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of sour cherries with some dark grape sweetness, oak, vanilla, Brett funkiness, and just a touch of brown sugar. T - Starts off with some sharply sour cherries with some dark grape sweetness and tannin with some vanilla. Through the middle, oak flavors come through with some more mellowing sweet cherry and grape with some Brett funkiness. The finish is a mix of sour cherries with some Brett funk and tartness, alongside some oak and vanilla. M - Medium bodied with moderate-plus carbonation. Feels smooth with a very sour and dry finish. D - Very drinkable. The sour cherries come through really nicely without being overpowering. The balance is very nice with the barrel flavors adding some great complexity.

Shows sour, wild yeast aromas, with a broad palate of orange rind and lemon peel citrus above super yeasty undertones, finishing with blasts of barnyard funk, sour cherry, and distinct loamy flavors. Shows style and persistence for sure.

Cheery wine nose raspberry type of flavor tons of hay and funk. Not a fruit beer fan but love the fruit sours for sure. This one is best with nice carbonation and so so good basement wine cellar notes of oak and barnwood. Superb.

First let me start off by saying I dont really like sours. On tap at the brewery. Pours a honey color, small white sticky head. Sour but the pinot noir adds a nice element of dark fruits, and cherries. Flavor is very sweet and sour.

A massive thanks to Guy for sharing this huge want with me. It really does live up to the hype it has. Nose is complex and juicy but the taste is where it takes it up a notch. Unbelievably zesty and juicy with plenty of cherries and plum. Loads of red berry tartiness with an amazing acidity throughout. Complexity at its highest with unfortunately huge drinkability. Goes down so easy. Amazing beer

Bottle thanks to Pacha. Pours amber orange color with thin to medium head that lingers. Smell is brett, sour fruit, perfumy, Taste follows with barrel notes, sour cherry. Dry ending. This is beautiful.

Bottle shared with Dave for his 1 year anniversary. Dated 062212. Pours deep amber with a scant beige head. Aroma is caramel, tart cherry, acetic. Taste starts with sour cherry, oak, a touch of caramel comes in and it gets amazingly soft through the center. Finish is oak, some red wine. Really nice.
