Smelled dirty rotten fruit, plum, peach, apple, purple grape, cherry, pear.
Tasted Sweet Tarts, Smarties, Sour Gummi Worms, tart, sweet. Nothing like the nose.
Light-to-medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long sweet candy finish. Consistent and long lasting.
Finally got to try this beer and it didn’t disappoint. Smooth, tasted great and sweet.

May 19, 2013 - batch 9 bottle via trade. Brownish orange pour with limited head that faded quickly. Sour cherries, brett and wood in the aroma. Taste was consistent with aroma, but little bit more wood and red wine than brett.

Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a orange ruby with medium frothy off white head that lasts awhile leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is cherry skin, brett, and wine. Thin mouthfeel with a strong cherry and oak flavor with very nice sour finish. Really enjoyed this one.

Wonderful deep red pour with a thin head. Smells sour with a hint of wine in the aroma. Taste is something to behold. Very different from anything I’ve ever had. A must drink for wine lovers. Palate is a bit too sour for my taste but wins points for sheer ingenuity and for the many fantastic flavors. Great beer and worth hunting for!
