COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of our dark wheat beer.

Pours a hazy amber with foamy white head. Malt, flowers, and dried fruit on the palate. Honey and dried apricots on the palate. Smooth finish. Nice silky mouthfeel.

Bottle. Cloudy copper with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, bread and banana/clove hef yeast. Flavor is dark bready malt, slightly sweet caramel and a light tart yeast taste. Medium body with average carbonation and a slightly thick mouth feel. Good beer for the style, not my favorite style though.

Bottle (500ml):
An outstanding beverage and one the I insist you look out for and try, this was a steal at only £2.25 for the bottle; if only it was more readily available in my area. I don’t think it is just quite as good as the original hefeweizen offering from Weihenstephaner but it is an excellent change and the flavours all work well together. Get a bottle if you can.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark orange with a large off-white head. Aroma of wheat and yeasty banana. Flavor of banana, wheat and mild, light roasted malt. Yeasty finish. Not a big fan of the banana flavors but not bad.

Bottle. This beer has all the standard hefeweizen characters but with added dark fruit and slight spice. Good but I prefer the normal hefe.

Poured a brown with large head. Was neither heavy nor light and was slightly sweet with hints of light and dark fruits along with hops and a dose of wheat and malt. Aroma was yeasty. Well balanced and refreshing, tasty.
