Reviewed 4/21/2009 (Bottle): Pours a very light colored body, yellow cloudy and fizzy. Big foamy fluffy head and big bubbles, very lasting, white. Aroma of spiciness, floralness too. Perfumy and very fragrant. Spicy fragrant taste. light and floral. Very tasty. Light and somewhat drying. Very tasty. Effervescent.

Dark, clear amber with a white head. Aroma of caramel, over-ripe fruit, and syrup. Tastes sweet and yeasty. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Slightly hazy dark yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, hop and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, spices, hop, medium sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 290512

Pours a hazy yellow orange with a lasting white head. Great lacing. Aroma is barnyard, some citrus, and a little spice. Taste is funky with some lemon, bread, and spice. Lively carbonation with a dry finish. Very good.

75cl bottle. Hazy, clear yellow/orange with small to medium white head. Nose : Straw barnyard with twist of citrus aromas. Bread and egg notes. Wet laundry. Sip : Very foamy and creamy which is good because it doesn’t get mouthful and disturbing in the throat. Small carbonation. The beer feels refreshing from the start, it reminds a lot a saison dupont biologique with more cream and alcohol in it. Good stuff. Must say that dupont brews are one of the best around. Good work.

From Brux, B. Bottled, 290412. Amber with white head. Aroma of fruit and spices. Flavour with yeast and malt.

bottle at home from beer ritz. Slightly sour and funky on the nose, rich yeast esters and wheat spice in the body.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish aroma, fruitiness, light spiciness (coriander and pepper), light hoppyness, faint yeast. Body is medium, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, fruitiness and light citrus, light spiciness and hoppyness, faint yeast. Finish is average, malty - light yeast and lightly sweetish, light fruitiness and yeast, light spiciness and alcohol. Could be drier and could use more hoppyness. Not too spicy.

Pours cloudy orange color with medium head. Aroma of apricot, lemon, spices and some herbal notes. Flavour of apricot, lemon, mild herbs, spices and yeast. Refreshing and easy to drink. Nice.
