Bottle. Great cork pop! DarK red-amber. Nice nose with hints of cinnamon and candy sugar. Light body. Sweet but almost a floral sweetness that is hard to place. A bit of earthiness and I may just be imagining that hint of cinnamon again.

27.11.2011. 0,75l Bottle. vinmonopolet.no. Amber and a little hazy with thick white head. Aroma dominated by smooth malt and soft notes of aromatic floral hops. Very good flavours of rich malt with nice balanced sweetness and good strength. This is a very nice beer!
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Palme (1200) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 15, 2011
0.75l bottle. This one pours a beautiful light clouded deep amber body with a big light fluffy off-white head. The aroma is light yeasty with red apples, zest, candy and some hints of alcohol. It has a lovely creamy mouthfeel with a average carbonation level. Flavors light sweet but also a hint of something mild autumn-sourish - but it suits it really nice. Light fruity with more red apples as well, some yeast and candy. Quite delicate indeed, and it ends with a light pepperish and almost chocolate paper-fruity finish and a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste. Great stuff!
