4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a golden color with sediment from the yeast floating about. Active foamy head that is loose structured but still rather tight. Carbonation is quite lively and active. The aroma has a yeasty and malty smell. It’s pungent and sharp or acidic. taste is sweet malts with yeasty undertones. A complex taste from this lighter weight beer. There is some spiciness going on, and some acidic notes giving it a sharp and tangy feel. Then there is the bright carbonation bubbles across the palette. Ending dry and bitter.
A good beer for pungent cheeses me thinks.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Warm, indistinct fruits, yeast and some funky aromas. Incredibly voluminous, white expanding head. The balance is exceptional, some herbal notes over belgian ale banana, licorice, bubblegum, bread. Some inital sweetness with a satisfying dry finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
An exceptional classic Saison.High in ABV this beer is the father of modern saisons. Aggressive bottle conditioning means you have to let it rest for a second before pouring. easy drinking while also flavourful, lots of spice, honey, coriander, orange zest, cloves, and a nice dose of hops. This is a pretty crisp beer.

Bottle from the Vineyard, Belfast. Nice hay like aroma, hazy dark yellow, frothy head. Quite a bitter taste but not unpleasant, lingers long. Not a bad ale at all.

Very pleasant & soft nose. Bready notes upfront and zesty citrus notes in the background. Slightly spicy. Tastes of yeast, cloves, lemongrass, small amount of citrus and coriander. Dry finish.
Refreshing and very complex.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Denne Saison Dupont har et lidt uklart og gyldent udseende med et medium hvidt skum. Øllen har en frisk og lidt maltet aroma og smag. Desuden har den en kraftig bitter eftersmag. Medium karbonering.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Fresh aroma of hops, fruits, herbs, wheat and malts. Hazy golden color, fine white foam. Medium-high sweetness, followed by a lightly bitterness. Lively carbonation, medium-full body. One of the best saisons existing!

Saison bionda, fresca e "agreste", il prototipo dello stile. Dolciastra, fruttata, maltata e delicatamente speziata. Piacevole!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml bottle [I’m not sure, where the bartle-bier takes the must from, but I’m glad he brought some for me - merci ! ]. Clear, yellow-ish, deep golden colour, a handful of tiny settlement chunks floating around; average to huge, fluffy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing white head on top. Concentrated, fruity aroma of dried stone fruit, peach, apricot, mirabelle, mildly spicy, dusty yeasty overtones, minimally waxy, tart-ish complement with notes of unripe nectarine and peach peel. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, covering the whole spectrum of yellow stone fruit flavours, dry hoppy overtones, a waxy touch of nectarine peel, minimally peppery, yeasty spiciness; full-bodied, smooth and soft palate, gentle though refreshingly prickling carbonation. Excellent.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle bbe 07/18. Dark yellow beer with large white head. Aroma is grassy, full flavoured yeasty, slightly like a German Weizenbier. Taste is spicy yeasty, Weizen-like with a very nice texture. Was perfect paired with the self-made, thin based, non-spicy pizza. Yummy!
