Currently drinking while typing. After pouring you have some lovely full aromas of sweet sugary malts, brown sugar, caramel, plum, raisin, dough and yeasts. Absolutely brilliant head! Big, creamy, foamy tan coloured head which holds a great structure throughout, a deep chocolate brew sits underneath it. Tastes very nice and noteably light considering its percentage, good bready, yeast, dough, rum, raisin, brown sugars and a gentle metallic twang from the hops on the initial aftertaste which slows into a slightly dry feel with cereal in the back. Great feel in the mouth, nice carbonation and feels full but suprisingly light! Beautiful creamy head too which is fantastic. Very nice beer, I will definitely be buying again!

Dark red brown, small, but lasting white head. Nose is some overripe fruits. Taste overripe fruits, malts and some hops.

Dark amber/cider color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of toasted malt, yeast, caramel, & toffee; Flavor of roasted sweet malt, yeast, rich caramel, light fruit, raisons, and some spice; Nicely balanced; Pretty good overall - enjoyable.

Bottle pours auburn with a large but quickly fading tan head. Aroma and flavor are sweet and malty with a hint of funk and a bready, slightly bitter finish.
