On tap at Brouwer’s Cafe, and well worth the trip from downtown on my final night in Seattle. Pours pale coppery orange with no head. No lacing - a lighter apple cider look. Aroma is pretty close to heaven; fresh fruit, pine, citrus in a lovely succulent blend. Taste has sweet fruit, pine needles, bitter citrus. A hint of malt. A fruity, lightish, super smooth blend. Gets more bitter thru the glass. Finishes bittersweet about medium length. A wonderful easy drinker.

Draft at Tap And Handle. Dark orange and pretty clear appearance with a lacy off-white head. Aroma of pine, hop resin, light citrus, floral, herbal and spicy hop notes. Similar flavor, adding a medium to heavy hop bitterness and a light malt sweetness with hints of toasted grain. Medium body. Good overall.

Tap mad mex Oakland. I really could care less about ipa but they make a good tik. Hazy pale ale with a thin creamy head. Smell is rather attractive mild ipa perfume, no BO and I’m glad of that. First impression is big and rather mouth coating but on tap it comes across rather fresh. Goodly amount of CO2 in this one, makes it quite palatable compared to those flat rude nasty other ipas. Yes, very bitter from the start and it builds as the session continues. Finish is what else? Palate wrecked for an hour.

Pours two fingers of head on a clear straw body. The aroma is dank grapefruit. The taste has a building citrus bitterness that finished with a solid pine bitter bite. The texture is crisp. Pretty good.

Enjoyed this on tap at Krafty Draft-yum! Light fresh aroma, warm golden color, refreshing lightly hoppy taste, bitter citrus but perfectly balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft at Churchkey. Clear orange with small white head. Aroma is grapefruit, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is caramel malt, some grapefruit, and slightly bitter finish.

This is what a west coast IPA should be. Beautiful bouquet of citrus and dank resinous notes in the nose, clean drinking on the palate, full-bodied yet smooth and easy to drink. Delicious.

Draught from the front porch. Clear orange yellow with bubbling. Clean fresh hops up front. Citrus and resin. Well executed.

Bomber. Beautiful, just beautiful. Looks beautiful in the glass too,. A nice long lasting four finger head atop a lightly hazy golden body. Aroma of sweat, pine and mixed citrus. The taste exceeds expectations created by the visual and the nose. I get grapefruit, mango, melons limes and a trace of pine. Bitter, but not distractedly so, more fruity than bitter. The malt base is fairly neutral with a hint of toffee. Beautiful, just beautiful.

Small shaker showing well filtered light honey hues. The nose shows moderately intense tropical fruit mixed with clean pine. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. A lot of juicy clean tropical fruit with hints of pine resin that is well balanced by the hop intensity. Once again barely any bitterness despite being an IPA.
