On tap at Brouwer’s Cafe, and well worth the trip from downtown on my final night in Seattle. Pours pale coppery orange with no head. No lacing - a lighter apple cider look. Aroma is pretty close to heaven; fresh fruit, pine, citrus in a lovely succulent blend. Taste has sweet fruit, pine needles, bitter citrus. A hint of malt. A fruity, lightish, super smooth blend. Gets more bitter thru the glass. Finishes bittersweet about medium length. A wonderful easy drinker.

Shaker pint draft at Strangeways in Dallas, Texas. The pour is hazed orange with a 1/2 inch off white head. The aroma citrus floral, fresh and only a minimal amount of malt in the nose - very much hop focused. The taste is fresh citrus hop, big fresh and flowery - some dank resin present as the beer warms. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a clean citrus finish. Nice hop bomb.

On tap @ Lord Hobo.

Appearance: Clear golden with a small easy to revive white head and some lacing.

Aroma: Quite hoppy but not overpowering with resin, dankness, nice fruitiness/citrus presence and toasted malts.

Taste: The taste is showcasing the toasted malts. It’s not super malty per se, but the malts are crisp, crackery and gives the beer a perfect backbone while never hindering drinkability. There’s also some resin, citrus notes and light bitterness.

Palate: Medium body. Good carbonation. A bit oily. Quite dry. Resinous and a bit dank finish with a light toasted malt presence in the aftertaste.

Overall: Excellent balance on this super easy to drink IPA. Beautiful use of the toasted malts. Nice mix of dank, resinous and fruity hops. Tasty and not over the top.

On tap at Lord Hobo. Clear gold pour, thin white head. Aroma is super dank, hoppy, really nice hoppiness, very citrusy, light pine. Taste is resinous, good juicy hop, assertive bitterness without being excessively harsh. Palate is med-full bodied with med-light carbonation, very nice IPA.

The spirit is been a delicious go to IPAA of mine for some time now. Like the name is just the right balance of flavors and it's not too overpowering.

Draft. Aroma of orange and... ash? Maybe just a bit of Simcoe onion mixing with the Centennial. Flavors of orange, peanuts and finally toast on the finish. Slightly sticky on the palate. Old-school West Coast.

Strong overripe tropical fruit a bit of light pine. Moderately strong pine and tropical fruit. Moderate bitterness. There is a touch of toffee, but the beer is a showcase for the hops. Balanced finish with a slight lingering bitterness. Too drinkable for a 7% beer.

Gold pour, small off-white head. Aroma of citrus and grass, as is the flavor, with a caramel malt backbone.
