COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vicious and viscous, this menacing brew pours opaque black with a creamy maduro-colored head. Its aroma offers seductive whiskey, chewy red wine, dark fruit and lavish tobacco. Berserker Imperial Stout invades your taste buds with in-your-face flavor. Weighing in at almost 13% alcohol by volume, Berserker is completely out-of-control. Give it a good fight.

This version of Berserker Imperial Stout was aged in both red wine and whiskey barrels. The entire batch was brought back together before being packaged in kegs and 22-oz bottles.

2008 vintage bottle, old label, pours dark brown and black, with small tan head, light lace, smell of oak barrels, whiskey , chocolate and coffee, low carbonation, taste is whiskey and oak, as beer warms get more chocolate, coffee and more of oak not to much. Do get sweetness on some sips and if you let it sit in mouth red wine flavor with whiskey, very smooth, perfect beer start to finish!!!

Thick, viscous, very interesting RIS with unique character from the wine barrel, almost a light tartness with a slight nudge towards malbec tannins. Wenever I have had this beer I’ve liked it.

Bottle shared at Mane Liquor. Pours viscous black with a small, tan head. Head lingers for a surprising amount of time considering the abv. Nice lacing down the glass. At first sniff, the nose is all creme brulee. Lots of vanilla, honey and maple syrup tones. As it opens up, loads of dark cocoa powder and molasses come out with a touch of pepper in there too. Dark fruits - dates, raisin soon come into play. Very dessert like nose. Less sweet in the taste, not to say it isn’t sweet at all. Huge coffee in the taste. Triple espresso with layers and layers of vanilla and dark chocolate over the top. Amazingly, almost no heat from the abv. Syrupy mouth feel with a slight sweet warmth on the backend of the palate and a touch of grain. Incredible beer ! Here’s to a big christmas

I hate to give a beer such a high rating but this one was worth it. Black, creamy, vanilla, great with any deep flavored dish or cigar. The heat is well masked so you won’t even know what hit ya. Yah Baby!

This poured a very dark brown color with an amazingly dark tan head. Aroma was lots of dark fruits and molasses, light roast and some dark chocolate. Flavor profile was that more of a belgian impy, very dark fruity and estery but still a decent amount of chocolate. Not very roasted but not overly sweet either. Hid the alcohol extremely well.
