Bière ambrée, d’inspiration belge, aux parfums de fruits exotiques et d’épices. Au goût s’entremélent fruits, levure, épices et houblon noble, le tout supporté par une chaleur d’alcool réconfortante. This page is for the version which is not aged in oak and is not fermented with brettanomyces.

amber coloured with a nice, fluffy white head. leaves lots of lacing. very complex aroma of caramelized apples, wild yeast, sweet malts and fruity esters, along with alcohol. the taste is an explosion of flavours. very well balanced, it starts off with flowers and lavender, orange zest, cereal, and apples. slight but enjoyable alcohol burn. full bodied, and finely carbonated. an absolutely incredible offering from a great brewery.

Una buona tripel, maltata, mielosa, fruttata e corposa. Buona struttura e gusto non banale, molto equilibrata. Merita!

Bottle @ BVery’s. Gold pour with a small white head. Nose of honeyed cereal. Mellow toasted bread and nuts. Pretty delicate aroma. Some apricot. The flavor is a bit hot. Substantial. Some vanilla. Oily and rich. Mellow, light toasty bitterness. Full bodied. Not flashy, but quite enjoyable.

Fine yellowish head on dark golden beer. Fruity nose, with some ureum. Mouth reveals alcohol, caramel and yeast features, estery. The beer seems underattenuated, and gives the impression of not being fermented out completely, despite the alcoholpresence.

Poured from bottle. Aromas are not very strong, but seem to be candied fruit and spices. Pours a clear golden with amber hue and white head. Taste is medium sweet. Medium to full bodied, slick texture, and soft carbonation make for a nice mouth feel. Very enjoyable, but watch out it the alcohol will sneak up on you.

Bottle from Brewfest. Orange gold with lasting head and lace. Lemon spice bread herbal vanilla aroma with very mild alcohol. Vanilla tropical fruity sweetness with some bready grassy grains and herbal bitterness that lingers but not too long. Very soft medium full body soft inner carb and creamy as a mutherfucker. Complex and amazingly delicous. I usually prefer 8.5-9 abv...but woe is me. This is an amazing beer. Love it when someone on this side of the pond gets the tripel right. Wicked fucking excellent.

Uma excelente abbey Tripel do Canadá. Muito saborosa e equilibrada, mesmo com os 10% ABV.
