This is one of the best beers that I’ve ever had. Tasted a shot glass of it at the brewpub and was motivated to buy my first growler ever. This is a beer that is everything it sounds like it should be and more. Just wow, wow...wow...To me just a creme brulee espresso bomb in your mouth. There is so little alcohol on the palate that you’d think this isn’t really beer.

Pours black with a light tab head. Aroma is coffee and roasted malts. Almost smells like ice cream. Flavor is very little coffee. It’s pretty sweet and light for a stout. Pretty odd beer. Not sure what to think about this one

Draft at brewery. I feel bad that the rating overall is a little skewed, but the aroma is so enjoyable I couldn’t help but give it a perfect score. The taste is enjoyable, kind of actually light for a stout, smooth. Good enough to get a growler fill because I just did!

À la pompe au Decicco: La tournée du barman (on venait d’acheter pour 300$ de bières quand même)...Arôme incroyable de crème brûlé, noisette, vanille et torréfaction. En bouche c’est moyen tirant vers le plein avec un côté torréfié qui dépasse les sucres pour donner une balance bien spéciale.

On tap at Kuhnhenn brewery. Black with a light brown head. Smells just like coffee ice cream. Sweet, roasty, creamy, with a dry finish. Medium body, and a little too flat for my liking. Not terribly "imperial", but good nonetheless.

Pitch black with caramel colored head. Strong coffee and sweet aroma. Bitter coffee flavor. Bitter sweet palate strong coffee again. Not sure how the creme brule works itself in?

Bottle. Pours opague black with a reddish tan head. The aroma is heavy coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, chocolate cookies and brownies. The flavour is very bitter roasted coffee with a sour acidic touch. Notes of chocolate, cookies and some acidic berries. Bit weird flavour.

Bottled. Pitch black. fluffy light brown head. Aroma of medium roasted coffee, light smoke, roast, vanilla, loads of other spice. quite smooth. flavour of grape, sourness, coffee, vanilla, roast and some smoke. Medium bodied. ends on a grapy roated coffee. very odd beer in my book.

Bottle at home - Tasting. Almost black - brown bottles. Caramel, nutty, sweetness, candy sugar, high coffee, light licorice, vineous, vanilla notes, medium roasted......light burned, a bit thin.

10oz pour at tylers apex. Great aroma, sweet. Caramel, coffee, n Brownish black color, small head, no lace. Bittersweet flavor. Medium body, smooth, mouthfeel, bitterdry finish. Very nice aroma is best part, great actually.

Dark pour with a thin beige head. Aroma is creamy coffee. Flavor is pretty complex. Vanilla, espresso, caramelized sugar, and toffee. Astringent finish presumably from the coffee
