Nov 27, 2009 Bottle. Hazy deep golden with a small head. Balanced citrus aroma with sweet notes and hints of raisins and bread. Solidly bitter flavours, but also rich raisins and citrus hops flavours. Hints of nuts. Almost like a barley wine. Great.

Nov 25, 2009 Bottle@Home. Fruity, grassy aroma. Light hazy, yellow colour, off-white firm head, good lace. Sweet start, very bitter and grassy finish. Little sticky, pretty dry hoppy finish. Balanced, good brew, too bitter and hoppy for me.

Pours pale golden with a slight haze. A bit of a coppery teint to it. Fair, small, creamy head that stays. Lovely fresh hoppy aroma. Peach, resiny, bitter, grapefruit, grassy and apricot. Light malty backbone. Low carbonation, lovely creamy and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely hoppy. Relatively fat maltiness to balance the heavy resiny, apricot hops. Some grass and grapefruit as well. Long, lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste. Nice and very easy drinking.

Light unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, citrus - orange. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nov 21, 2009 Pours clear yellow with a white head. Great aromatic hop nose. Very floral also citrus. Good well bodied MF. Bitter kicks in and dries out perfectly. Great example of the style.

Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Golden color. Grapefruit, melon, oily hops and red berries in the aroma. Flowery oily earthy hopbitter flavor with melon, a hint of perfumed and grapefruit. Velvety mouthfeel. Medecinal. Yeasty oily bitter aftertaste.

cloudy orange, smooth white head.
strong flowery hoppy aroma, lots of sweet malts too.
flavor is sweet malts, flowery and bitter hops. ends very nicely hoppy and bitter. pine aand grapefruit resent, bt well blended and balanced wit the rest ofthe flavors. great imperial/double IPA
