Draft at The Fridge, Lancaster PA. Sour, funk and subtle vinegar aroma. Dark reddish brown body with medium, dissipating head. Nice lacing. Flavor is well balanced between sour and sweetness. Hints of tart cherry, vinegar, as well as sweet plum, followed by dominant oak barrel, red wine notes. Dry finish. Not a weak sour but not overly potent, perfect balance.

What can you say but Mmmmmm. Pours with a very thick, fluffy tan head that breaks down to leave lacing. Brown opaque colour. Smells? Must, green apple, mild metallic tang of the yeast. Taste? Crazy good. sour grapes, rather high on the sweetness which balances the sour, malts tend toward the subtle. Might not be a very session-able beer, but perfection on a patio in a tulip glass. Damn good beer that I can’t get here. Thanks LCBO you suck.

Dark brown colour with persistent beige head. Frash and subtle aroma of fermented prunes and some yeast. Sublime taste with medium sweetness and lightly sour. Full body, oily feel, soft carbonation and long lightly sweet after taste.

Mahogany color, white head. Huge berry nose. Sweet and sour in roughly equal portions, sweet more dominant in the beginning with sour taking the finish. Super long finish, very effervescent, highly acidic, medium body. Really nice. Maybe a little too sweet overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

great brown-reddish body, clear. creamy foam. aroma is sour, somewhat reminiscent of fizzy drinks. taste is evidently sour, yet with obvious hints of malt sweetness. very good, refreshing, almost champagne-like.

Bottle: Pours cola brown with a moderate tan head. Vinous, dark, sour fruit aroma. Sweet, heavy, berry/wine taste with a sharp tartness. Very nice.

On draught at Ministerstwo Browaru Pub, Poznań. Pours in dark ruby color, medium, white head. In aroma berries, wine notes and also wooden and sour notes. In taste red fruits notes, wooden and vanilla notes. Ends is sourish. Medium carbonation, little bitterness. Very good beer that tastes like not a beer. Something everyone has to taste.

From bottle, thanks Dan for sharing. Dark murky brown color with tan head. Fruity aroma. Sweet fruity flavors with sour fruits. The sour flavors are balanced by the sweetness. The palate is very "wine" like, reminds me a little of a port wine. Dry finish, paired very well with stinky French cheese.
