COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Big and delicious for your ’perty mouth. Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts. A bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours really dark hazy amber with tan finger head that disspates fast. Some lacing, heavy body, sticky texture, low carbonation, and nice sweet aroma. Taste is malty oak, bourbon, hint of alcohol, and a hint of vanilla in the finish. Based on the rating I really expected more.

12oz bottle, at the Jackie-Os bar. Almost not-clear brown color, minimal tan head, leaving good lace. Big body, crisp light carbonation, smooth, aged texture. Nice sweet taste, but kinda boozy, spicy, dark fruit and a heavier bourbon aroma. Really good, assertive, but not repulsive like a lot of barrel-aged beers I try. Delightful hop bitterness. Awesome looking suspended dark particles, inside. Awesome, strong, but not-too-strong aftertaste.

A: Dark brownish red body. Just a coating of off white head. Very little lacing. S: Bourbon and all that comes with it. Vanilla, oak, alcohol... then comes the beer... dark chocolate and caramel.. not much in the way of hops, but thats ok D: This is like jack and coke meets beer... its rather nice... the aromas in the nose are well positioned in the taste profile.. nice bourbon finish M: Smooth. Slightly carbonated. Slightly alcoholic burn too. O: I don’t know. For as much as I enjoyed the beer I just didn’t want another. I like bourbon aged beers (including KBS/oaked aged yeti/etc) and this is the first one I wasn’t willing and ready to have another.

Bottle. The scotch overpowers the aroma, but once it settled, I could pick up the oaky caramel scents with malt notes. The appearance was a bit underwhelming, a chocolate brown after a silky pour with no head and zero lacing. The palate was a smooth textured medium to light body and the taste just exploded. The taste was a scotch alcohol assault similar to the scent. However, a sweet, cream and caramel persisted that reminded me of those cow tail candies gas stations all seem to sell (which I liked). The taste then settled warmly to the tongue. Overall, I’m hooked. I’ll be cellaring some of this.

Dark amber in color, clear with a thin head. Super malt and oak barrel aroma . Light hops and super malts flavor. Bready and thick. Light fruit flavor and super dry finish.

Deep amber, almost no head. Bourbon malt and caramel. Lots of bourbon and chocolate in the finish. Fantastic
