COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a beer that will make you rethink your definition of beer. It doesn’t taste like any beer you’ve ever had, yet it doesn’t taste like anything else either. Pushing the limits of brewing is what makes this job so much fun. Malted barley, wild yeast, hand picked Muscat Grapes, and French oak wine barrels are just a few of the things that went into crafting this beer. Breathe deep, take a long sip, and enjoy the creation in your hand.

Bottled. Courtesy of kappldav123. Lemon peel, brett and grapes throughout. Hints of vanilla. Great complexity. Strong sourness. Some dandelion reminiscence in the finish. Fantastic. Huge thanks kappldav123!

Victory celebration beer after the Giants beat the Patriots AGAIN. The beer is fantastic and still not worth what I did to get it. Aroma is funky, grapes, vinegar, barnyard. Taste is very tart with nice subtle grapes and a crisp clean finish. The beer is very tart but balanced and tastes great.

Very fresh fruity aroma with tons of funk. Tons of fruit in the flava. Liking the wine barrel agin.

Batch 3
My Super Bowl beer, tasted on 2/5/12 from a capped 375mL bottle obtained in a trade. Pours hazy golden with a thin, bubbly white head, that recedes fairly quickly to nothing at all. The nose is tart and sour with a nice hit of funk, very vinous overall. As a matter of fact, the closest beverage I have ever smelled to this is an Italian "orange wine". The flavor is sour lemon peel up front, with a lightly sweet grape note, moving to the barnyard funk which is similar to some wild ciders I have tried. The body is medium with a nice tannic structure, lighter than average carbonation, and a very long sour grape and funky barnyard finish. As this warms and evolves, a peachy pitted fruit note comes through with a hint of bread malt. This is an excellent beer!

Light with a hazy yellow color. Deliciously sour with amazing funk and grape flavor. Yum

375ml shared with mattyb83. Pours a light golden orange with a little haze. A lot of carbonation on this one in the glass. Wow! Wonderful aroma just FULL of brett, lemon, grass, hay, funk. Some sharp acidity on the nose. Absolutely wonderful. Light bodied with flavors of grapes, lemon rind, perfectly balanced oak. Seems more acidic this year than last. Just KILLER. The finish still manages to be soft, yet pretty tart, with some funk and lemon zest rounding it out. The effervescence whisks the flavors off your palate and leaves you with some cool acidic funk. Very nice. Thanks Matty!

This beer is awesome. Clear straw pour with no head. Wicked cheesy brett, massive lemon, and vinous Champagne with a definitely and prevalent earthen note. Amazing brett character all around. Medium body with perfect carbonation. Uber dry finish. Awesome stuff.

(375ml bottle courtesy of maltajo and an assist to Fata2683. Batch 3). Pours a hazy yellow (and orange) with no head an some sedimentation. Aroma is funky, fruit, grapes. Taste is sweet and sour and very tasty. Medium bodied with a dry finish. This is superbly balanced between the sweet and sour. Awesome!
