750ml green bottle, corked and capped. Bottled August 2011. Hazy, deep golden pour, white head with big creaminess and long retention. No lacing. Tangy, sour, musty but sweet nose, apricot-peach fruit notes with lambic vinegary-sweaty tang. In the mouth the beer has nice acidity, balanced by fruit sweetness. Tangy and sour end, dry with lots of acidity. Beautiful lively tight prickly carbonation, medium bodied. An excellent fruit lambic, one full of acidity and sourness, but nicely contrasted by the apricot fruitsí sweetness. Very lucky that this beer has crossed my path, itís a must try. Rating #1500.

Bottle shared at Schouskjelleren, october 1st 2013. Hazy orange body, small lasting white head. Funky aroma with blue veined cheese, leather, apricot. Taste is sour with ripe fruits and the same blue veined cheese tones. Lasting funky yeast aftertaste. An excellent experience

Hand drawn at Backcountry on Sour Sunday. Pours hazy orange with very small white head, settles almost instantly with no lacing. Aroma is tart, funky, musty, barnyard, oaky, apricot, mild vinegar, acidic. Flavor is moderately tart, building slightly, dried apricot, with an oaky, tart, vinegar, mildly vinous finish and lingering oaky, sour apricot aftertaste. Delicious. Minimal carbonation allows flavors to come through. Very soft carbonation, light body, smooth and mildly juicy texture. Interested in comparing bottled version to taste it with more substantial carbonation.

Thanks drowland for snagging a bottle. Pours a milky orange. Apricots abound in the aroma, both sweet and tart. Some oak in the nose. Taste is perfectly tart and sweet apricots. Just a little sour and a hint of acidity. Medium bodied with nice carbonation, a little dryness. Magnificent!

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Bottled August 30, 2013. Pours a very cloudy pale yellow color with a bit of off-white head. Aromas of vinegar, tart fruit, stone fruit, light oak. Tasting notes of big vinegar and acidity, big mouth puckering tart and sour fruit, stone fruit including apricots, subtle oak. Maybe just a hint of funk but itís overshadowed by the tart and sour notes. Medium-light body with a very dry finish. Low carbonation, light and juicy mouthfeel. Goes down like fruit juice. One of the best fruit lambics Iíve had.

Bottle, four years old. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Great funky nose, lots of apricot, and light-scented calf manure. Hazy honey straw color. Mouth-, throat-, and stomach-puckering sourness hits like razor blades. Apricot, rhubarb, and celery. Bitter fruit pits. Small light peppery notes in finish.Thin and astringent. Wow! This is wonderful. Tangy, sharp, and flavor packed. Four years and tastes as fresh as can be.

Bottle of the 2012. Cloudy orange with a good sized white head, most of which dissipated quickly. Aroma is apricot, sour candy, hint of vinegar. Acidic on the palate with a reasonably sweet fruity background. Taste is fresh apricots, dried apricots, dried peach, sour candy, cider vinegar. Tasty and apricoty.

Bottle shared at the Sybarite Pig. Small snifter. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Very little lacing. The aroma is tart light fruits, bacteria yeasts, light malts. The taste is simply amazing with tart apricots, citrus, sour yeasts, and almost a slight lemon finish. So damn refreshing and light, but full of flavor every sip. Great carbonation. Tart finish.
