Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Pours a beautiful, warm yellow, a soft fluff top. Aroma is a multiple experience: pumpkin, flower, wheat, icing, hop (of the harvest/European variety) - what AM I talking about? The strength is detectable and warm, the taste is fresh, juicy, tart and sweetly bitter. Like a wheat beer, but also like a DIPA. I’m not explaining myself properly, but the thing to take away from this review is that I loved this. It is a magnificent beer.

Review from notes: 500 ml served into a Weizen glass A – Cloudy burnt orange, lots of sediment, with a 2 finger white head that clings to the glass leaving sheets of lacing. S – Peach puree, mango, clove, sweet malt, honey, banana, just a barrage of rich fruit aromas. T – Big dose of fruity wheat. tangy banana, peaches, lemons, citrus meld with a sweet pilsner malt. Citrus and floral hops stick to the tongue on the finish. M – Rich and creamy feel, full bodied. Big yeast presence and just the right amount of hops. Very soft feel and delicious. Zero alcohol presence. Great summertime beer. Serving type: bottle 10-04-2012

Bottle@home, 500ml. Head: lots of off-white foam. Colour: hazy, golden orange. Aroma: flowery hops. Taste: mild bitter. Palate: mild, some bitter, overwhelming hops, lots of CO2. Overall: very good. Wheat IPA?

Pale orange cloudy pour with a soapy head. Nice aroma of spicy earthy hops with a touch of yeast. Flavor is awesomely balanced between the slight tang of the "normal" Schnieder Weisse and the spiciness of the hops. Great brew.

Poured a light amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of zesty orange and a little spice. Medium creamy body, flavour of sweet malt with residual bitterness and some clove. Interesting.

Bottle. A perfect blend of piney, resinous, citrusy and grapey hops, sharp clove phenols and soft notes of biscuits and pear. Thick, full-bodied and sweet, balanced by a strong bitterness, a resinous, citrusy, tropical hop flavour and sharp notes of clove. Some alcohol in the finish but it works rather well, since this beer is very deep flavourwise. This beer is just so well integrated and full of flavour. Amazing!

caramel, citrus, spruce, bread, clove, banana, orange, cloudy, minimal head, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, creamy, average carbonation, bitter Pours a golden orange with slight white foam. Last half inch of beer in bottle shaken with the yeast to produce a very foamy (brownish gray) cap on top. Yeast clouds the beer quickly to a nice hazy orange. Aromas are surprisingly subtle. Looking for banana/clove but only finding a trace. More of a caramel with citrus/pine cone effect from dry hop. Still very nice. Head falls quickly, and aromas fade with it. Subtlest bitterness in a predominantly sweet taste with a hint of sour. No alcohol heat despite higher ABV so great balance. Thin bodied, creamy mouthfeel which I like, and slick finish with minimal bitterness. Beer is a good session drink - recommend it for a try.

Aroma has the smell of orange, spices, and a hint of cinnamon. It has a very frothy head that takes a while to disappear. Great taste.

High ABV so it tastes like a lot of those high performance Belgium beers... cloudy blond color. Nice beer...

Wow! All the praise for this beer is spot on. No need to sniff it when you take the cap off; it fills the room before even being poured. Clove, over-ripe fruits and a hint of NZ grapey hops. Smooth, rich Hefe taste rebooted by pure bready malt richness and DIPA-like hops. Noticeable but balanced alcohol, made my ears go hot.

Wonderful smell of different fruits + excellent bitterness. One of the best beers produces by Schneider. Had in vom fass in Weissess Brauhaus and from bottles.
