COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale. Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth-watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

I loved this beer. I shared this bottle on a trip to North South Campground in Haines Falls, NY with adrian910ss. Pours an awesome deep red colour with a frothy pink head. Fragrant aroma of raspberries, raspberries, raspberries and some malt. Tastes like a sweet yet tart carbonated raspberry and malt beverage. Another hit from New Glarus. It’s the only time I wish I lived in Wisconsin.

Pours a shiny blood red, aroma is a glorious tart raspberry with some wine notes. Taste hits you with a nice light bodied carbonated raspberry and it is just awesome to drink.

Thanks jpdurden24! It’s wonderful. The palate is creamy carbonated and lingers. Its sweet but not metallic tasting or too much. the tart flavor balances the beer nicely and the beer is delicious.

bottle (thanks JPDurden24). Pours a clean, ruby reddish brown with a few, light bubbles at the edge of the glass. Aroma of tart raspberries and merlot. Taste starts sweet before a slight tartness kicks in for a light finish. Very light, carbonated body. The blend of sweet and sour makes this one of the best American framboise-style beers I have had.

Big things come in small packages huh? Lovely raspberry sherbert and soft vinious nose. Dark, magenta pour. Big flavours, big body. LOTS of raspberry with a softly tart finish. Sweet and perhaps a little cloying after a while. Great beer to share - I couldn’t imagine drinking it all myself. A masterpiece of expression for 4%.

Tap @ S&B. Clear deep red color with a small light cherry head. The nose is super sweet raspberry and cherries, plenty of soft powdered sugar and light artificial syrup. The taste is very sweet raspberry juice concentrate and cherry jam. Red fruits. You can’t exactly call this one subtle! The body’s light and supple, amooth and drinkable. Very light carbonation. Overall, tasty but lacks sophistication.

Pours a pinkish red hue with great carbonation but no head. The aroma is mind blowing. So much raspberries, that’s really all I can smell its so powerful and amazing. Taste follows the nose, sweet but not too much, not an everyday beer but a great dessert or special treat beer!

Thanks Craig! Pours deep crimson with fluffy pink head, tart funky raspberries on the nose. Fruit sweetness but also tart character that complements, rounded palate, plenty of carbonation

On tap at Sour&Bitter Copenhagen. Beer in the glass light red, small head. Sweet aroma, a bit moldy, intense hints of cherries. Starts very fruity, modest sourish, more and more moldy. Less fruity finish, still quite moldy. A bit disappointing.

S&B 2012. Pours clear ruby mahogany with a nice off white pinkish head leaving lace. Aroma is sweet sour fresh raspberries and raspberry seeds. Flavor is sweet sourish acidy a bit tart and raspberries; all well in balance, very nice indeed. Finishes sweet raspberry.

On tap at Sour and Bitter: Dark ruby red with a small off-white head. Rasberry sauce aroma, would go well with ris ala mande. Lots of sweet berry syrup in the flavor aswell, not too tart, but the acidity is there. Quite unique this brew.
