COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
XP is short for Exception Pale Ale. This light golden pale ale balances the malt and hops for a smooth, drinkable beer that compliments any meal.

Bottle. Clear amber with a large off-white head that settles to half an inch. Low bead. Aroma of kumquats, caramel, a little pine. Light-bodied. Sweet with more fruit than caramel, nice clean citrus flavours and modest but distinct bitterness. Overclean to my tastes, but refreshing and balanced.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pretty much a super sessionable, solid pale. Decent and would have again at the pub

Pours a clear orange, quickly receding orange tinged head. The aroma is sweet ripe tangerines, mint, sage, yeast, and some bready malt. A solid medium body, soft carbonation, palate is crisp and clean. Finishes bitter with plenty of fresh herbal hops and citrus. An excellent APA.

(Bottle) Pours orange amber with a pale off-white head. The aroma holds orange citrus, some fruitiness and toasted, dry cookie-like malt. Doughy yeast. The flavour is light sweet to dry and medium bitter. Citric with dry caramel and cookies. Light doughy. The mouthfeel is clean with a light carbonation. Citric and light resinous finish. Light to medium bodied.
