12oz bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Saved for rating #700. Pours a very dark brown, almost black with a thin bit of off-white head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, citrus, pine, burned sugar, booze and dark fruits. Taste is light bitter. Very hop oriented with some of the malt coming out to play in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Flat carbonation and a very long finish. Overall, very good. I would love to try this one again sometime.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mora2000 (2963) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 13, 2012
The beer pours a dark brown color with an off-white head. The aroma is very similar to several other Jewbelation beers: a lot of roasted malt and chocolate, and fairly straightforward. The flavor is similar. There is quite a bit of chocolate, as well as quite a bit of booziness from the alcohol. There is also quite a bit of sweetness and some molasses-like notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Butters (3014) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAR 17, 2012
Sampled at the Irish Hanukkah Tasting. Sampled in line with the other ones from the vertical collection box. Same clear brown pour with decent ring of tan head. This one is VERY similar to 10. Not as heavy on the fruit, but still has the tannens and drying wood qualities. Good but not amazing.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 patricks110 (914) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 22, 2012
The Eleven pours out a dark amber with red highlights on the bottom of the glass. A thick beige head dies to a non-existant cap but leaves thick, sticky lacing rings. The nose is sweet, malty and mildly roasted with a big note of licorice and a light earthy aroma. A mild grapefruit and hop note with some alcohol in the nose. Sweet in the middle with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. A nice, subtle and yet powerful roast with a nice wallop of hop and alcohol on the finish. This brew has been sitting around for a year, but its really smooth and succulent for a big brew.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Rustyham (1396) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 21, 2012
Smoky, overcooked toast, burnt. Nutty aroma is very nice, flavor is too burnt for me too enjoy. some slight fruity malt, like prunes.

snifter. black on the body and brown brown towards the light with small tan head.Very aromatic with lots of caramel pilonciollo, and little coffee.Up front it taste like sweet cane, yeast and bitter dry at the end.Note: It took a while to drink
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 reebtogi (2178) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 22, 2011
650ml bottle pours dark amber in color with a thick beige head with excellent retention leaving some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted malts and chocolate and some earthy hops. Taste is chocolate malty sweetness with some earthy hop notes and a hint of alcohol. Medium to heavy body and generous carbonation leave a nice feeling on the tongue. This is a great American strong ale which is more complex than I can describe here.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 cakanator (447) - South Hadley, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 27, 2011
22oz bottle from notes. Pops with a hiss, great carbonation. Tan and coffee like color on the head, decent darkenss. Darker fruit, plum, cocoa, robust on the nose, almost Imperial stout like, vanilla pleanty of sweetness. Palate follows with a smooth flavorful taste. Malt is up front, not hops, but doesnt need it. Finish is not boozy, Palate follows, but the nose is a bit richer overall. Tad thin, but dry finish almost cut too short. Dried cocoa in the finish as well. Not bad, full flavored and impressive. Not bad at all.

bottle thanks to Kyle, pours dark brown with a tall tan head. Aroma is earthen with wood and tobacco, thin sweet brown sugar and syrup notes. Flavor is sweeter than the earlier years, more caramel and toffee notes with a semi-sweet roast and caramel finishing.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 obguthr (2576) - Poquoson, Virginia, USA - JUL 8, 2011
Molasses and walnut nose, some butter notes. Mahogany, medium yellow head. Walnut and charred oak flavor, dry and hot. with only lesser notes of molasses. Little hop flavor for a beer build as featuring 11 of them. Maybe they mean 11 buds instead of varieties.
