COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout is a new addition to the Yeti clan. A generous infusion of Denver’s own Pablo’s espresso adds yet another layer of complexity to this beer, combining with the vanilla oak character, intense roasty maltiness and bold hop profile to create a whole new breed of mythical creature. It’s official, you can now have Yeti with breakfast.

Suggested food pairings: Breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict, hash browns, cheesecake, creme brulee.

Bottle. A clear black colour with a high, good lacing, light brown head. An aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. The taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter. A full body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration. A smooth and very nice beer.

Looks like oil coming out of the bottle. Smells great, tastes great, very coffee chocolaty flavor. Definitely recommend. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Roasted chocolate malt, espresso, wood and hops. At first it was a little too bitter and then I got used to it and enjoyed it. Really thick brew. Long bitter finish from the espresso and hops. Boozy and refined.

Really enjoyed this RIS. The espresso combined with the oak create an exceptional flavor that hides the high ABV wonderfully

Botte, 075 ml. Pours an oily black, like motor oil. Aroma is vanilla, cafè, roasted malts with a slight hop edge. Taste is along the same lines. The hops come out more on the end as the beer warms up.
