COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Mikkeller at Nøgne Ø, Norway.
This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.

Got the pleasure of drinking this monster again. Thanks to my man Vestergaard for bringing this! Pours black with a dark espresso brown head. Easy 5! Aroma is the sickest coffee ever. simple as that. Dark sweet characteristic fruits, espresso, dark rich chocolate, fruity coffee, brown sugar, fresh vanilla, roasted/burned malts and a bit of liquorice. Taste is sick coffee again. Hard roasted malts, vanilla, dark sweet fruits, brown sugar, espresso, liquorice, dryish roasted bitterness and rich chocolate. The balance is killing me. This is good!

Great beer. Chocolate on the nose. Chocolate flavor, I think raisins but Mike W says otherwise. Overall, fantastic beer but I still prefer speedway stout.

Oh god. The aroma contains so much madly delicious coffee. Rather prominent chocolate as well. The taste is pretty much alike, but with figs, dades, plenty of vanilla and brown sugar as well. Sticky and delicious. Lovely balance and so much luxury. Ima buy one more now.

Delad flaska med några vänner På Besök i Malmö. Riktigt god. Kaffesmaken är frisk, krämig och kraftig på ett utsökt sätt.

Poured into a ccb snifter. Jet black with no head and a thin ring around the glass. Aroma of coffee and chocolate, rich chocolate. Taste follows the nose, chocolate cake or chocolate fudge. Very chewy. Great beer, there is a lot going on, very different from other coffee stouts and I like it.

Bottle at Volo some time back. Pours opaque black with decent tan head and lace. Unique aromas of mocha, pine, toast, choc and a refined coffee bean note. Complex medium-high body, smooth silky goodness with a dark roast finish, acrid oatmeal mixed with the light sweetness and complexity of the beans and malt. Brilliant beer.

This is just incredible. Mouth feel is velvety. Dark chocolate malt flavor. The coffee flavor was very smooth with almost no bitterness. This might be my favorite stout.
