Slight hop aroma, pretty mellow flavor that starts out with a nice amount of hop flavor and caramel malt flavor. Very drinkable!

Thanks, Anna! Pretty nice ESB, a healthy amber pour with a crisp carbonation and a lively head. Biscuit malts for sure but there’s a solid hop presence throughout and some fruity undertones too. Well balanced and drinkable, even if not too memorable.

A great ESB. A world beer cup medal winner. Probably the best of the Lazlos regular beers.

Bottle @ home. Hazy, dark orange appearance with an off white head. Mildly toasty, caramel malty, mild earthy, grassy hoppy aroma. Slightly citrusy, toasty caramel malty, moderate toffee, straw/grassy hoppy, cereal flavor. Nice to see Nebraskan brews finally make it to Colorado but this one is just decent.

Bottle. Slightly hazy light dirty gold pour with a smaller white head. Aroma is a bit of aspirin and cough syrup, with some sweet caramel. Medium to lighter palate, with a nice carbonation bite. Taste is slightly medicinal, caramel, cereal, candy sugar, with a nice hop profile. I see someone referenced GrapeNuts as a flavor comparison - I like that, I also get that.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, short lived, white head, over a hazy, amber (SRM 8) body....nose is light toffee/caramel, light cereal, light toast....taste is cereal (Grapenuts), light toffee/caramel, light bitter finish....mouth feel medium, carbonation medium. This is a fairly typical ESB, not complex, just pleasant. BJCP 7/3/12/4/7
