Cloudy peachy amber color. Great grain taste, roasted malt. There were chunks in this beer, yet it was delicious and smooth.

On tap at the 2008 Crescent Moon Extreme Beerfest. Pours light amber with a big off white head. Has a big caramel aroma. Unfortunately, it lacks a lot in the flavor department. This seems awfully thin for a "big beer." The finish has a distinct saltiness and a fizzy tingle. Pretty good, but not great.
