COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Serving as an ancient navigational pointer and constructed from unworked stones in the likeness of a human, INUKSHUK means, “you are on the right path.” Watch Man IPA keeps the bitterness firm, but in check, and is accented by floral and citrus notes from the hops. Pair with flaky grilled fish, creamy pastas and hearty salads. Brewed with 2-Row and Maris Otter malts with Nugget and Amarillo hops then Cluster and Sterling dry-hopped. Original Gravity: 14.3

Draft sample. Pale gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are a pleasant classic blend of clean pale malt, white and pink grapefruit, and herbs. Flavours are of more white grapefruit, lime pith and herbal hops. Medium bodied with clean bitterness. Solid.

Bottle pour. Average IPA with good balance between malts and hops - but could use a bit more flair.

Poured from bottle. Nice white head, golden color with slight amber hues. Not much aroma, but what was there was floral. Decent beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle, pours a golden hue, bready smell, head is thick and sustains. Lacing just as sustaining. On the tongue, this beer feels like a lager that someone thought might be more marketable as an ipa? It tastes like they didn't want to alienate Budweiser drinkers but they wanted to call it an ipa? -To IPA is to be.

Aroma is spices and malts. The flavor is citrus, spices, malts and a mix of tangy and mild tartness. Interesting but not incredible.

Bottle. Deep orange tinted gold body with a long lasting bright white head. The nose is fairly lively with grapefruit with some peanuts and apricots. The nose is fruity and very inviting. This tastes a lot like orange peels and bread crust. there is also some dry hay and old books in the finish. A decent and clean dry IPA.

Not bad. Mike gave me a free bottle of this to try at Wesports Green Room bar. Mellow and dark orange. Fruity, zesty aroma. Sharp hoppy bitterness at end.

Pours a transparent copper orange with a spotty-lacing off-white head. Aroma of semi-sweet caramely malts and fresh piny resiny hops. Body starts lightly caramely malty sweet with a crisp bittering and flavor hoppy presence before a crisp bittersweet finish. A decent IPA
