Growler. Heavy malty, dark bread. Golden clear body, large white frothy head, mostly lasting. Moderate bitter, good duration. Medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, gain, hay, toasted, earthy - damp stain - fusty, dusty malt, butter, light to moderate hoppy, light flowery grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, damp stain - fusty - earthy malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110924]

Wässrig getreidiger Antrunk und weiterer Verlauf, trinkbar, langweilig. Dazu noch etwas getreidiger, sehr mild, wässrig werdend. Nee... /9/8/7/7//7

Berlin beer fest. Medium gold with a thin head. Herbal hop flavour, light bitter dry background.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2011 From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is of pilsner malt and mild caramelish. Light sweet flavoured with a mild caramel malty note. Little bitterness into the finish. Smooth and easy.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, light citrusy. Grassy, bitter, citrusy and dry into a light malty finish. Ends bitter and toasted malty finish.

Draught. Rather malty and sweet. Soft mouthfeel. Fresh. Served by a young, blond, well-fed Fräulein wearing a leather apron. Very authentic.

Draught. Aroma and flavour with a hint of citrus. Yellow colour, slightly cloudy.

tap at the bräuhaus. Golden colour with a medium white head. Hoppy aroma and sweet hoppy light bitter taste. Medium body and a sweet herbal finish.

Litre swing top bottle, bought at the brewery. Frothy head. Nice grassy aroma with apple and a bit of cologne. Slightly hoppy, creamy flavor with apple. Nice and easy going pilsener.
