Orange with a dense head. Fruity and spicy aroma. Flavours are sweet with notes of apples, pears and some herbs.

Bottle. [vintage 2002]. Bought @ Kulminator, Antwerp.
Pours a light hazy red copper. A small, light creamy white head. Aroma is round, a little sweet, some caramel. Quite high carbonation. Just a slight touch metallic at first, but then a good dose of sweet caramel, lightly vinious flavours appear. Very well-balanced.

A Sim rate (Bottle from the Kulminator): Peach and honey in the aroma. Very full flavoured. Tastes very fruity... like a good beer version of summer fruit squash. Finish is all sweetness with a slight hit of red grape. Appearance rate would be higher but lacing does not stick at all. Malt, hops and alcohol in the nose too. Obvious strong ginger in the flavour.

At Kulminator, best before 2004. Amber coloured with a small white head. Light caramel yeasty aroma with some smaller older madeira touches. Full palate. Finish is smouth, light sweet, just a little bitter, ending shorter. Lost just a bit of its body, but is still enjoyable.

Every year I taste this. (en note my taste) Amber colour and a creamy head. Malty yeasty aroma with a hint of caramel. Fairly carbonated. Slightly bitter finish. Brewed to the end of the year.
