Jan 20, 2004 Orange color, huge frothy head. Fresh, hoppy, somewhat flowery aroma with a hint of vanilla. Hoppy vanilla flavor with just a bit of the typical Flemish sourness. Orange, even some milk. Well carbonated. Maybe a bit thin, but a complex beer, full of surprises.

Dec 15, 2002 very fruity overall impression, more specifically prunes. Also some solvent in the nose, hence the lower aroma rating. Used to be known as Roman Christmas Bell

Mar 8, 2007 A Sim rate (Bottle from the Kulminator): Peach and honey in the aroma. Very full flavoured. Tastes very fruity... like a good beer version of summer fruit squash. Finish is all sweetness with a slight hit of red grape. Appearance rate would be higher but lacing does not stick at all. Malt, hops and alcohol in the nose too. Obvious strong ginger in the flavour.

Sep 17, 2007 Bottle. [vintage 2002]. Bought @ Kulminator, Antwerp.
Pours a light hazy red copper. A small, light creamy white head. Aroma is round, a little sweet, some caramel. Quite high carbonation. Just a slight touch metallic at first, but then a good dose of sweet caramel, lightly vinious flavours appear. Very well-balanced.
