Jul 14, 2008 On tap at t’Kanon, Ghent. Gold with white head. A particularly sweetish beer, quite heavyon the palate for this type of beer, it gets fruity and perfumed as it warms with hints of corriander and other spices. A bit of a mix.

Jun 11, 2008 Bottle, Belgian Belly, Manchester. Poured a palish golden colour with a reasonable white head that gave it fair look appeal. Sharp citrus and yeasty flavour.Heavy carbonation and slight metallic tinge coupled with prominent alcohol lost this marks.

May 17, 2008 Bottle. Huge fin foamed white head that really lasted. Excellent lacework. Clear sparkling body until the very last end where it became cloudy. Lovely golden color. Aroma of yeast, fruit, citrus, hint of coriander and what appeared as metallic notes. Over the palate came caramel, mild alcohol and spice. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitter and acidic notes. Fruity and spicy sweet finish. Just an average Belgian Blond I guess.
