Bottle from Kvadrat. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head and lacings. Nose is malty and yeasty. A bit of orange fruit and some hops. Dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle from Belgisk Bryg. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of spice, fruit, yeast, hops and grassy notes.

I like this one. Full body, first taste is malty, not sweet. Then followed by a little tart. The finale is herbal and bitter. Carbonation is strong. A rich taste in a relatively light beer, according Belgian norms at least.

2011 Vintage. 33 cl. bottle thx! to Kraddel / split. Bright golden, white head. Lemon, bitter spices in the nose, light yeast, grass, light grains, hint booze,… Taste is strong bitter, spices, BE hops still in here, light medicinal, lemon, spicy yeast, some booze, medicinal style, sharp grass, herb. Sharp, high carb body. Not too bad.

Pours a golden colour with a large, frothy, white head. Aroma is rather rich with honey, grass and sweet caramel. Flavour of rich sweet fruits, grassy hops, mellow spiciness and nutmeg. Medium bodied, high carbonation and a warming, fruity, bitter finish. Alcohol warms nicely. Great.

Bottle@home. Two finger foam. Clear thin yellow. Terpentin clove. Very crisp dry peppery taste. Super clean ale. Its all about the yeast.

Hazy, lemony blond colour. Light foamy head. Taste is fresh with a light citrus flavour. Sadly a metallic taste come though in the finish.
